Welcome to your home away from home! This condo has everything you need for a great getaway. Featuring the largest deck in the complex. The master bedroom has a cozy king bed and LCD TV, and the master bathroom has a walk-in shower as well a large bathtub for a relaxing soak. The loft bedroom has a pull-out couch to accommodate two more guests and an additional bathroom nearby. The bedroom off the loft has a queen bed and shares the bathroom with the loft. Downstairs is one full size and one single bed, and its own bathroom. We also offer a washer and dryer on the lower level. The open concept layout provides ample room to relax after a long day of exploring. There is a large smart TV in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking a delicious breakfast for the family. This unit is on the main level entry for easy loading and unloading.

We have plenty of fun options for day trips near the condo. These include a relaxing soak and lunch at the Pagosa Hot Springs, the beautiful mountains of Telluride, historic Mesa Verde, and of course Silverton and Ouray which make this condo a great base camp for all your adventures in the beautiful San Juan mountains.
There are endless hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fishing, ATV and UTV trails, etc. Purgatory Ski Resort also has plenty to do in every season for the whole family. The town of Durango is 26 miles south with shopping, dining, rafting, walking trails, and our gorgeous Animas River. And of course, the biggest tourist attraction yet, the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad which departs from Durango and is complete with a full museum displaying this wonderful piece of history. o PLEASE NOTE:
• As with all properties in the area, Cascade Village condos do not have AC. The daytime highs are rarely above 80 and the lows are in the 40s all summer long. Pro Tip: Open the windows as soon as the sun goes down in the evenings. Then close Windows and Blinds first thing in the morning to lock in the cool mountain air.
• Due to HOA rules, all units at Cascade Village are NOT pet friendly. Also, trailer parking is not allowed.

  We had a wonderful time at this beautifully furnished condo. This was our 3rd stay at Cascade Village and by far this unit was the nicest one we have stayed in. It was well stocked with basics )including some of the things was always bring along "just in case" like condiments, paper towels, coffee, tea, etc.). The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived and a helpful notebook containing condd and area info was provided. The living area was super comfy and the primary bedroom had a large bathroom and closet area. Parking was directly below the unit with an entrance adjacent. There is also a door at the 1st floor level that allows for loading and unloading. If summer hiking is your thing this s the place (don't miss the short hike down to Cascade Falls 5 mins. from the condo). Great place for our summer getaway!

  Love the layout for family to spread out but still be close enough. Convenient rear door entry level access without going up and down from parking garage while loading/unloading.
