  My road trip journey from Minnesota was during spring break, and awesomely beautiful! Entering the mountains, I drove west on Hwy. 50 to Hwy. 550. I had great weather, and was able to enjoy the awesome mountain vistas along my way to Cascade Village. I was surprised to find Cascade Village’s amenities and my unit to be true as their advertising photos. They have a very friendly staff offering good service. I enjoyed Cascade Village’s outstandingly location, in every direction the views are spectacular, and the property offers so many amenities that I was not able to enjoy using them all. There was plenty of parking. My efficiency unit was model perfect with a cozy fireplace, clean, and all the features that I needed for a Monday to Friday stay. I look forward to returning to Cascade Village again, hopefully soon, and recommend others to stay at this property.

  Overall good stay. Some suggestions would be to have outdoor chairs for guests if possible to enjoy the balcony. The screen to the balcony has some gaps that need repair (to not let bugs in). Otherwise great unit with great Mountain views.

  The bed is more like a box spring than a mattress. Needs to be replaced. Otherwise, everything else was fine. There should be a couple of outdoor chairs.

  As a Condo this place was great. Although since it is a Condo, you have to make sure you prepare for no breakfast, drinks, or ice. Hallways smelled of cannabis from long-term renters. There are smoking rooms, and it is Colorado, so there's not much you can do about that.
  
  This Place would be a 10/10 if it was dedicated to being a wedding venue with more amenities, that's what I was there for so situationally the stay did not fit my needs perfectly.
  
  The drive to Durango is close to 30 minutes, but the view at the condos is great.

  Although this condo could use an update, we had a very nice time. We didn't like seeing a active mouse trap where the mice had spread some of the poison but other than that a good stay. Please provide a warmer set of blankets for the fall and make sure they are clean. We saw some stains on our comforter and blanket.

  I loved staying here! Beautiful mountain views, fast, reliable wifi both my boyfriend and I were able to work remote and take video calls from here which is always my biggest concern! It was conveniently located between Durango and Silverton. Clean and cozy unit!

  #307 was very well equipped with what you might need for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. There were towels aplenty, had we wanted to swim. There was plenty of storage space once we figured out what all the baskets were for. As it was, we enjoyed roaming around and exploring the area which the unit's location made really easy. I would happily recommend it to friends.
  The manager was easy to deal with.

  A very nice place to stay. Just as pictured. Beautiful mountain views out the windows. WiFi and TV worked great. Quiet place with well mannered tenants and visitors. Indoor pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs were a bonus. No town traffic. About 20 minutes from Silverton. Durango about 30 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Easy check in / check out instructions. Thank you!

  Wish we were informed that the restaurant and bar were not open on Monday and Tuesday. The condo was just fine but if we have to make sure everything is clean and put away, strip the bed, and take out the garbage what is the extra charge of $75.00 for?

  The condo was small but cozy. Everything that we were wanting. The only negative (which I won’t to let it affect the stars) was the hallway smelled like a mixture between cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke.
