A perfect studio loft for a couple or a small family. On the entry level is a living area with wood burning fireplace (wood available); sleeper sofa and small dining table. Although the property offers a mini-kitchen it has a standard size refrigerator; four burner stove, microwave, sink, pots/pans and dishware. There is a deck on this level with beautiful views. A full bathroom with double sinks is located on the main level. The loft offers a king bed, television.

  Great! Thought our stay was going downhill as we couldnt get anything on the 2 tv's to work but Brandon was a gem! he brought a new roku box the next day and got both working!place is gorgeous and neat as a pin!it was nice to have a small refrigerator,not a little tiny one like at hotels.location was perfect,about half way between durango n silverton right off the highway yet no traffic noise.

  The rental was great! We were glad that it had everything we needed. There were some things we noticed like animal hair on the couch and the floors had not been mopped. Other than that, everything was perfect! Everything with check in was easy as well!

  Brandon was responsive and so nice. Replied very quickly to my texts. The condo was clean and the bed super comfy. Bummer though, the clubhouse access to the fooseball tables appeared to close early so that was a bummer. Fabulous views but patio furniture was not, so it wasn’t comfy to sit out and enjoy the nice breeze and stunning views.

  Very efficient and well appointed place. Perfect for a quick escape to go ski. Warm and clean with mountain themed deco. It’s a studio with loft so good for a small family or couple looking for a good place to stay. The only thing I missed was a view facing the mountains, but it does have a balcony facing the cliff and provides fresh air with a nice screen door. Parking was convenient and the place was ready to go when we arrived. We would stay there again.
