We offer rest, relaxation, and a true mountain connection at 8900 feet! No crowds, just fresh air and absolutely gorgeous scenery. This upgraded 3BD/3BA luxury condo (1910 sq. ft.) has much to offer your family and loved ones. To begin with, parking is completely covered, keeping your vehicle(s) out of the elements. This is more important in the winter as we average 260 inches of snow annually. As you step inside, the vaulted ceilings give a sense of space with plenty of room to breath, while the large windows perfectly frame the Needles Range across the way. The home comfortably sleeps 10. Our kitchen is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances including a refrigerator, convection oven/stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. A washer and dryer are provided as well. The home is also equipped with wi-fi to run all your devices, and three smart TV's to view your own programing on whatever network you use.

There is so much to do here – skiing, snowmobiling, backcountry, Nordic trails, hiking, biking, rafting, off-roading, fishing, horseback riding, sightseeing, & wild flower hunting. Mesa Verde National Park is an hour away, or take a ride on the famous Durango – Silverton railroad. The San Juan Skyway, containing some of the most amazing views in North America, is adjacent to Cascade Village, circling the majestic San Juan Mountains. The towns of Telluride, Ouray, and Silverton are all easily obtainable in a day trip via the Skyway. Purgatory Ski Resort is a quick 2 mile drive to the south should you desire to take your own vehicle to take advantage of free parking. After a busy day of activities, relax in your personal massage chair, then sit in the heated hot tub or heated indoor pool.

• Sleeping Accommodations: King-size bed in the master bedroom featuring a Tuft & Needle mattress; Queen size bed in the downstairs 2nd bedroom; 3rd bedroom features 2 full-size beds ; and in the enclosed loft a King size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress which does not feel like a typical sofa sleeper! Additionally, we have a pack and play for your infant.
• 3 Bathrooms – feature 2 walk-in showers, 1 tub/shower and an elegant soaking tub (in master). Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer are provided.
• Two balconies with fabulous mountain views (off the living room and off the master bedroom)
• Kitchen is equipped with Stainless steel kitchen appliances - refrigerator, stove, dishwasher & microwave oven. Complimented by travertine floors and granite counters, it is a chef's dream.
• Kitchen is fully equipped with all glasses, plates, utensils and cooking pots & pans, ice maker, and coffee maker (which includes Keurig) with complementary coffee.

Please note that the condo units at Cascade Village do not have air conditioning. But at 8900 ft high with mountain breezes, it is usually not necessary. We do have overhead and portable fans if desired.
