  We first stayed in this unit five years ago and were extremely pleased. It's still an overall great place to stay and was nice and clean. There were a few things that need some attention. One of the blinds in the living room was missing. That was disturbing for us as we value privacy. The back door sticks badly and we were traveling with a senior who couldn't do the stairs to the parking garage so we had to use the back door frequently. A wooden step like the neighboring units have instead of a step stool would have been nice also. More seating in the living room would be helpful and the patio chairs are well worn. Still an overall great place to stay. Beds were extremely comfortable. View is amazing and we love that the firewood is included. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback.

  We had a great stay in Unit 139. It was well appointed, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The unit had plenty of room for our party. The pool was great as well. Finally, the property manager was super helpful and easy to get in touch with during the visit.

  Our family had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect - close to so much to do and a quiet property when we wanted to stay in. This unit was perfect for our family. It was very clean and well stocked with the amenities we needed. A few recommendations - have screens on the sliding doors and make sure all windows are in good condition to let the cool air in since there’s no air conditioning, provide fans for each room (it got very hot upstairs), provide more seating in the living room (unit says up to 8 people and there was one couch), and check on the hot water heater (there were only five of us and we ran out of hot water every day).

  The condo is very nice. It's location is good, however, with being there in May and arriving on a Tuesday there were no restaurants open nearby, it appeared to be a Hotspot for skiers and everthing was closed so I was very disappointed.
  I would only recommend this location if you were a skier.

  This was a great place to stay and conveniently located to Purgatory Ski resort. Also, the parking garage was a nice surprise especially with the snow storm during the week.
