This Wintergreen unit is located in the Silverton building at Cascade. Beautiful two bedroom- two bath condo is perfect for your visit to the North Durango area. The master bedroom offers a king bed, tv , and a bathroom with his and her sinks on the second level. The main level has a full kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV , fiber optic WIFI, sofa sleeper and deck with spectacular mountain views. The guest bedroom on the main level has two full size beds and there is a full bathroom on the main level.

  We loved our stay at Cascade Village Condo's near Purgatory. We were a 25 minute drive north of Durango on Highway 550. The condos were very nice and super clean. Even though it was a 25 minute drive back and forth to Durango, the temps wee usually 10 degrees cooler whether at night or the middle of the day. Our unit was very nicely decorated and fully equipped. The management company was very responsive to any question that we might come up with all the way up until we left. I would highly recommend staying at the Cascade Villages!

  Upon arrival we discovered there was no air conditioning. We opened the patio doors for cool air in the evening but there was no screen to keep out bugs.. After a call to management, the next day a screen was installed on the sliding door. This made a big difference. The condo was clean and well stocked.. kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Water was very cold though !! Would’ve like to have washing machine and dryer in the condo instead of the garage. A little further from Durango than we thought so it would’ve been nice if the restaurant on site would’ve been open... covered parking garage was good..all in all a good place to stay.

  This property was a good location and the property was clean, however we booked this place specifically because we wanted to hang out in the evenings in the arcade area to play pool and games with the family. Once we got there, we found out that area closed up at 6:00 every night and no one was around. It was very disappointing as we were out during the day and never got to go to that area. Thankfully, at least the pool stayed open until 9:00...even though it was very cold. I felt like they should let you know ahead of time if they are going to close things before booking. It wasn't on the site anywhere and they use those pics to lure you in. Unit was good! Because of this, I wouldn't go back.

  Our only trouble was finding out how to control the heat. Once we found the electrical breaker for the heating system and figured out the thermostats, we were good. (Maybe add some instructions to the binder?)

  The rental was beautiful, the kitchen was great, and the space worked well for us. The upstairs was pretty warm even with a fan and the hot tub needed maintenance which caused me to fall and get hurt. The front desk person was responsive and happy and we generally enjoyed being there.

  Fabulous place! Clean, well kept, and plenty of extras to make the stay great! Kitchen was full of utensils, knives, and blender to make it very useful. Extra fans to keep the place cool at night. It was in the high 80’s during the day, but never got to warm in the condo. We did not use the pool but used the outside hot tub several times. Many used the outdoor grills in the pool area for grilling. Easy to get in and out of the condo and the development. Great place to stay if you are looking for Purgatory Village, Silverton, or Durango. We made a trip to Mesa Verde and would highly recommend if it is open during your seasonal stay. Thanks for a wonderful spot!
