Located just 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Resort, 20 miles south of Silverton, and 30 miles north of Durango, Cascade Village is the perfect location for fun year round.

  This place was great. The parking underneath being covered was great. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. We cooked and there were plenty of items to do so with. The bathroom door is noisy for anyone that gets up in the middle of the night to go. Sleeper sofa wasn't bad either. It is a sleeper sofa (Know that), but it wasn't bad for the few nights we were there. The view of mountains right outside on the balcony were amazing! It says 2 miles from the mountain, but it felt like it was only a mile. I liked that it was on the other side of the mountain so when people were coming in from Durango we didn't get stuck behind them.

  Solid 5 across the board with one exception: previous guests or cleaning crew failed to thoroughly address fireplace ash and burnt wood. Didn't use so relatively a moot point. Also one ceiling light out but inconsequential. Great layout and well appointed. If available, will return again.

  It was quiet while we were there in September. Good location on the Million Dollar Highway. In between Silverton and Durango. Expect traffic noise from highway. (Sliding glass door lock needs repair and one of the bedroom windows crank needs looked at. Was that way when we checked in.) Would stay again.

  My husband and I throughly enjoyed our week in this cozy condo. Everything was clean and in good working order and VRBO photos are accurate. The condo is conveniently located at Cascades Resort between destinations in Durango, Silverton, and Ouray. Lots to do in the area. Condo has a stunning view of the mountains, flora, and wildlife. Covered parking garage and resort amenities like pool, hot tub, tennis court are included. We would lease this condo again in a heartbeat!

  Didn’t have any issues, the process was simple and great customer service from manager. i came here for a wedding and the whole village is just beautiful.
